No idea. It's from somewhere in Wind Country, apparently. A client had given it to her years ago and she never opened it.

[It seemed kind of weird that she didn't share it with Asuma when he was alive but maybe they just did shots or something. It's hard to imagine Asuma drunk-- he had been goofy enough sober. The thought makes her smile.]
